Due to the customized nature, all sales are final. Unless it is my error I am unable to accept returns and refund your money.

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR TUMBLERS

I do ask that you give at least 21 days for your custom tumbler to be made and shipped. Each tumbler is handmade and some do take longer than others depending on what is being done. And each tumbler once done does have a several day curing process before it can even be shipped out. This gives me time to give your tumbler the attention it deserves and not to be rushed so no mistakes are made. Thank you.
